    This recipe sounds absolutely delicious.
Would I have to make any changes if I substitute salmon for the chicken, as my partner does not eat meat.

    Hi Colleen,

Making a straight swap for 1 chicken breast with 1 salmon fillet should taste just as great! Although I’d suggest keeping the salmon in tact during the cooking process and then cutting and dividing it into your wraps.

How do you make peanut sauce or miso sauce?

    Hi Toni,

We like this 5-ingredient peanut sauce recipe and the tahini miso sauce in this recipe!

    Enjoy 🙂

I’m a Celiac, so the wrap would need to be different. If I substituted quinoa in place of rice, would that have a substantial effect on the nutritional value?

    Hi Sarah,

Not at all! You’ll actually be increasing your calcium intake a little and reducing the amount of carbohydrates.

Hi how do you calculate the net carbs?

    Hi Kimmie, great question!

Net carbs are calculated as total carbohydrates (sugars & starches) minus fibre. In this case, we’ve listed fibre and sugar separately, so to get the net carbs you would add the sugars to the carbohydrates, for a total of 53.5g. Hope this helps! ?
