  • 10.5 oz organic soft tofu
  • 1 red pepper chopped
  • 1 cup mushrooms chopped
  • 1 yellow onion chopped
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1 can black beans
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil


  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and pour the olive oil in. 

  2. Add the mushrooms, pepper, yellow onion, and garlic and saute for about 5 minutes.

  3. Add the tofu blocks to the skillet and break them apart with a wooden spoon until you have a nice scramble texture.

  4. Stir in the spice mixture.

  5. Drain and rinse the black beans and stir them in too.

  6. Heat through and serve!
