Golden Milk Tea

Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut milk (or almond milk or milk)
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1 tsp raw honey (optional)
  • 2-3 black peppercorns (increases absorption)
  • 1/4 tsp ginger powder or small piece of freshly peeled ginger

Instructions

  1. Pour ingredients into a saucepan on medium heat until hot (3-5 minutes).

  2. Strain out peppercorns and fresh ginger (if used).

  3. Enjoy!
