  • 1 inch ginger peeled and roughly chopped
  • 1 small carrot roughly chopped
  • 1 tbsp tamari* reduced sodium
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup water
  • pepper to taste


  1. Put ingredients in a blender and whiz until well combined. Play around with texture and try it smooth or with small chunks of carrot and ginger remaining.
