Hi, I am  67  small boned,  thin & bendy…. VERY active, I discovered I was osteopenia  when I was 62 the usual ankle test,  so I upped my calcium citrate, & magnesium intake…. cal chews, dairy,  did weigh bearing exercise.. in addition I am a healthy eater..
