Deborah Increased Her Bone Density by 9%!



Hi, my name is Deborah, and I live in Mission Viejo, California. And today, I’m doing a testimonial for AlgaeCal. I decided to stay on the product a year and give it a full year before I went back and had a bone density because bone does grow very slow, and I wanted to really see a bigger effect of the product. So, again, I say I am so thrilled that I have found something that I could take that actually worked that was natural to rebuild my bone.

Another important factor with the AlgaeCal is that diet and exercise are, I think, really important. Exercise, you want to be trying to increase your bone density with exercise. Plus, it’s just good for you all around. I have done interval training, and I’ve done treadmills, the cardio with the elliptical. I have done all kinds of classes, yoga, Pilates, reformer, interval training. And I now just do reformer and Pilates because that’s my preference. And I also try to fit in walking a couple days a week for three miles. It’s really up to you what type of exercise you pick. You don’t have to go crazy with it, but do something.

And then with diet, I like to have an organic diet. And I eat an organic diet, and I eat green, leafy vegetables. And I make green smoothie drinks. I take my vitamin D3. Fish oil is very good to take. If you don’t want to take pills, you can always use chia seeds because they provide a lot of omega-3s. Apparently, a tablespoon of chia seeds has about as much omegas as a 32-ounce piece of salmon or a serving of chia seeds rather. And so that’s what I do for my fish oil, and it’s really up to you. But I can only say that I will never stop taking the AlgaeCal because it has been, for me, it has been tremendous.
