If you've ordered with us before (through our website or over the phone), you're automatically enrolled in our rewards program and there’s no need to create a new account! Just click “sign in” and begin earning points with any purchases made on or after July 23rd, 2024.

• Your username is the email address you used at the time of purchase.
• If you've ordered from AlgaeCal before but can't remember your password, simply click the “forgot your password” button on the sign-in page and follow the steps to reset it.

Reward points are like AlgaeCal's special currency that you can earn and use to get discounts on your purchases. You can earn these points by doing things like creating an account, following us on social media, referring friends, and buying products from us. The more points you earn, the more you can save on future purchases.

You can earn points by:

• Creating your AlgaeCal account
• Making qualifying purchases online at AlgaeCal.com
• Following us on social media
• Participating in AlgaeCal promotions or events

Points are automatically collected on all orders starting from July 23, 2024. Orders made after this date, will receive points. However, orders made before this date are not eligible for points.

To redeem your points, simply choose the amount of points you wish to redeem when you check out online at AlgaeCal.com. Points will be deducted from your account balance at the time of checkout.

If you do not make any qualifying purchases or otherwise earn points within a 12-month period, your entire points balance will expire. Expired points will be deducted from your Program account balance.

Program accounts, rewards, or benefits cannot be transferred to, shared, or combined with any other person or Program member.

Yes, you can earn and use points on every product at AlgaeCal, including Subscribe and Save orders.

You need to create an AlgaeCal account to participate in the Rewards Program and earn points. Enrollment is free and can be done by visiting AlgaeCal.com.

Yes, points can be used on any product available on AlgaeCal.com except for local taxes, discounted amount, shipping, and handling charges.

Your points balance will be visible in your AlgaeCal account. You can log in to your account on AlgaeCal.com to check your points balance.

You can use as many points as you have accumulated in your account, but you must select from the specific reward options available in the drop-down list (e.g., 100 points for $5 off, 200 points for $10 off, etc.). The increments increase by 100 points for every $5 off.
