I will use Tahini which is high in calcium and dried prunes which help improve bone health. Thanks for the idea!

Question: I have read numerous times that flax seeds should be freshly ground up before eating to access full nutritional benefits of the Omega 3fatty acids ALA, protein, fiber, and minerals such as magnesium and antioxidants: LIGNANS . I think this recipe is great. I will grind the flax just before I add it to the other ingredients. Thank you!

This looks absolutely great. I’ve been grinding Flax seeds and sesame seeds and adding to my morning cereal but this looks so great for snacks and my “sweet tooth”. I’m going to make this. Thank you for this great idea.
