Omega 3s

Harvard University researchers have revealed that omega 3 deficiency is the 6th biggest killer of Americans!

96,000 folks, just like you and me, die from a simple nutrient deficiency each year.

That’s not something to take lightly.

The fact is, we need omega 3’s. Research shows that omega 3 fatty acids can combat inflammation and reduce your risk of arthritis, cancer, dementia, and heart disease – and a ton of other diseases have supporting research which will likely become proven in coming decades.

But the hardest part is pinpointing this deficiency before it flares up into any of these full-blow chronic diseases I have listed.

The 14 Common Warning Signs and Symptoms of Omega 3 Deficiency

Here are some common symptoms of omega 3 deficiency:

  • Fatigue
  • Poor Memory
  • Dry Skin
  • Depression
  • Poor circulation
  • Brittle nails
  • Anxiety
  • Dandruffvia Joy Bauer
  • Hair Loss
  • Intense menstrual cramps or premenstrual breast pain
  • Thirst
  • Excess Urination
  • Dry Eyes
  • Earwax buildup

Now, don’t worry too much if you have some of these symptoms. Many of these symptoms are also caused by other issues besides omega 3 deficiency.

Ultimately, the only way you can really know if you are deficient, is to take a test.

And I strongly encourage you and your loved ones to take one because the vast majority of Americans are scoring extremely low!

How to Test Your Omega 3’s Fatty Acid Levels, Easily

Thankfully, I was recently introduced to Dr. William Harris, who is one of America’s top cardiologists.

Along with another doctor, they have developed an omega 3 test that has been validated by the National Institutes of Health (NIH) as one of the most significant health tests on the planet – and yet you’ve probably never heard of it.

This test measures the percentage of omega 3’s versus other fats in your blood. It’s called The Omega 3 Index test.

The Omega 3 Index test has been used in a number of incredible studies, which link low omega 3 blood levels directly to dramatically increased heart attack risk, increased aging, and higher rates of dementia.

In other words, it is so sophisticated that it can measure your percentage of omega 3’s in your red blood cells, which is the same throughout your tissues. This means it is representative of the omega 3 content of your heart, brain and other organs.

I won’t get into it too much more because I urge you to check out all the details, here

I am so excited about this test and so is the rest of AlgaeCal. In fact, everyone in the company has already taken their initial test and received their results. (And I’ll be honest – not everyone scored too great. Even as a company who is very health conscious, we had MOSTLY low test results. That’s why I want to stress again, that you and your loved ones need to get tested – no matter how healthy you think you are!)

But the important thing is that we as a company and individuals are on our way to better health because we now know where our health stands. And it was as simple as spending 5 minutes doing this take home test!

I truly believe this lab test is the invention of the century. That’s why we resell OmegaQuant’s test on our website for lower than the manufacturer does!  Our goal is to get it into as many hands as possible so we can change the health of as many people as possible! So please take a look at it here.
